Nesting - T minus 14 days

Nesting projects:
*Vaccuum the whole house with the AWESOME Dyson Ultimate Animal...which is amazing! It actually picks up the dog hair - amazing.
*Make Bedroom Curtains (so the sun doesn't shine in on the bean when it's sleeping in our room in the bassinet)
*Finish Doug and I's wedding scrapbook (yes - I'm 3 years behind!)
*Pack my bags for the hospital (the baby's bag is all packed)
*wipe down the baseboards (this could be problematic since I can't bend over...)
*mop
*Plant new flowers in a few pots

Think I can get all of this done this week?!? I hope so - hopefully next week I can relax...or...have the baby already!

We went on a tour of the hospital yesterday. When we got to the labor and delivery rooms - I wanted to sit down on the bed and tell them I'm not leaving...seriously...torture seeing the rooms and the nursery and then having to leave...say some prayers that the baby decides to come meet us early.

I have a dr appt tomorrow and they are doing a sonogram so hopefully I'll have some good news tomorrow...

  1. Sure you can get all that done! Before Kailey was born I went into crazy clean mode, I cleaned our house for 8 HOURS straight, every nook and cranny, re-organized the closets, bathed the dogs, washed ALL the drapes, etc... It helped to pass the time:)

We can't wait to hear the news when Baby Bean arrives!

  2. Wow, you are MUCH better than I was in my last few weeks! What hospital are you delivery at, Erin? I can't believe it's just a few weeks away. So excited for you!

  3. Swiffer makes one with a telescoping arm that I use to dust fans and baseboards so I don't have to bend over, and I'm not even preggers, just lazy :).
