Baby #3

Doug and I found out on December 29th that we were expecting another sweet baby.  (well - we actually were pretty confident before we even took the test...one of the many blessings of Natural Family Planning).  We were in Lake Jackson visiting Doug's parents - so we snuck out when the boys were napping, bought a test, and sure enough...POSITIVE!  We were both very excited.  We decided to wait to tell everyone for a few months.  Unfortunately I started getting sick pretty much immediately. I got the stomach flu on December 31 and I have pretty much been throwing up ever since.  This pregnancy has been very similar to the boys yet also very different.  I still get sick like the boys and have tons of other terrible pregnancy symptoms that I'll save everyone from.  The main difference with this pregnancy has been my food aversions.  With the boys, I couldn't even come near raw meat.  Well...that isn't so much a problem this time around, but I seriously can't function in the morning.  For the longest time, the thought of cracking an egg would send me running to the bathroom...so...what did we do?  Well...as GROSS as this is....I have eaten a breakfast taco from McDonalds almost daily.  Yep...almost daily.  TERRIBLE.  It's the only thing I can keep down, so I go with it.  Let me just say that if I never see another McDonalds after this pregnancy, I'll be OK.
This is a pic of the boys on one of our morning breakfast runs...buah ha ha ha ha

Dear sweet Baby #3 - First of all...you are TRULY a blessing.  We cannot wait for you to join our crazy family.  Your big brothers like to regularly talk to you in my tummy.  They can't wait to love you on and teach you all sorts of things.  I can't wait to hold you in my arms.  We love you!
