Kelson is 8 months old!

Kelson turned 8 months old on Saturday!  He is growing like a weed and learning new things EVERY day.  He is definitely keeping us on our toes.

This past month:

*Kelson is a master crawler now.  He loves to get in to everything that is not a toy (i.e. the plant, plugs, photo books, the blinds).  Needlesss to say - we are baby proofing!

*Kelson says Dada very clearly, but no Mama yet.  He also has said Hi

*He loves to wave and give high 5's

*He can pull up to standing all on his own (even if what he is pulling up on isn't that sturdy and will topple on top of him)

*can walk behind toys holding on to the toy

*Kelson loves the dogs...he likes to crawl over to the back door and bang on it so the dogs will come lick the glass (I've given up on cleaning the back door)

*We lowered the crib all the way down as he likes to stand-up a lot in the crib and bang on the top of the crib

*Still not a good sleeper, but we're working on it

I feel so blessed to be Kelson's Mommy.  He is such a happy baby and very "chill".  He makes our day and I love going to get him in the morning b/c he is always so happy and just laughs and smiles.  

I'm trying to get outside now that the weather is nicer and play around with different lighting situations and the camera.  Kelson is a good subject, so we ventured out to the park on Saturday and got the below pictures for his 8 month shoot.  I'll post his picture in his chair later (St patty's day outfit of course).
