Honestly - Kelson and I are just trying to get all of the drainage under control. Yesterday was interesting...poor lil man had so much drainage that it upset his stomach. He literally projectile vomited ALL over the place...seriously all over the place. He got a bath, I got a shower, clothes/robes/shoes/chairs/carpet/changing table all needed to be washed and cleaned up. I sat there for a minute not knowing what to do...I couldn't believe how much had just come out of such a lil guy...Of course I rushed him in to the pediatrician where they quickly told me that Kelson looks great. Luckily his lungs are clear, ears look good...now it's just the waiting game. Say some prayers for us because I'm running a half marathon on Sunday and it will be quite challenging if I'm not able to breath in my nose...

Kelson is talking!
Amidst all of the crud Kelson and I have been fighting, he decided to start talking. He of course has been babbling for quite some time now (he likes to "find his voice" in the middle of Mass on Sundays). This past weekend, he couldn't stop saying DADA! It was so cute. Doug of course was ecstatic. I reminded him that Kelson REALLY doesn't know that he's the dada yet, but yes - he said dada first and not mama. I'll try to get it on video soon.
