4th of July

4th of July was a little different this year...we didn't make our annual trip to Leakey.  We were both really bummed to not be on the Frio for the 4th of July, but there was just too much going on to make the trip this year.  Good news is that I'm going to take Kelson in a few weeks, so we'll still get some time in Leakey with my Grandma.  Since we weren't going to Leakey, our friend Kate and her awesome family invited us out to Possum Kingdom Lake for the day.  This was Kelson's first trip to PK and his first boat ride!  He wasn't too sure about the life jacket (he basically had to stand up in order to breathe), but he loved the boat. We also spent some time just lounging in the water by the dock.  While Kelson was napping I got in some good wakeboarding.  It was a great trip and we are sad as Kate is moving to Austin to begin her MBA at the BEST business school in the land - The University of Texas McCombs Business School.  We are proud of Kate and can't wait to visit her in Austin!  Thanks again Stark Family!!!! xoxo
