Dear Time - PLEASE SLOW DOWN! Seriously? Where have the last 3 months gone? I can't believe my sweet baby boy is already 3 months old. The last month has brought about quite a few changes for Mr Parker Robert. He is definitely more alert and is really good at tracking objects. He also turns and looks at you when you are talking. If he's fussy, all I have to do is walk in the room and start talking and he calms right now. Honestly though - if you here Parker fussing then he is really hungry or tired. He doesn't really cry. It's pretty great. You have definitely found your hand in the last month. You love to shove it in your mouth. You are also getting really good at holding on to things. You love to hold yoru rabbit blankie that Auntie Lindsey gave you (it's just like the one that Lindsey and Momma had when we were little...until Lindsey lost hers out the car window...but I digress). Parker is definitely a snuggler. He likes to be held and snuggled and hold your finger. Parker has also started smiling pretty much all the time. Doug and I both don't remember Kelson smiling nearly as much as Parker does. I think Kelson is our serious, independent child and Parker is the happy, easy going one (atleast so far...). Parker is very easy going in that he pretty much just naps on the go and will nurse just about anywhere. He is a quick eater which is a nice change. Clearly he gets enough to eat, so I don't worry about it. Everyday I try to put both boys down for a nap at the same time...some days I get a few free moments and some days I don't. For the most part, if I swaddle Parker (only his body...loves his arms out), he will go right to sleep when Kelson is napping.
Parker: First and foremost, we want you to know that you are a blessing. Our family is better now that you have joined us. Your smile lights up our day. Your brother, loves to give you kisses and hug on you. You are enamored with your big brother. We hope this doesn't change. We hope that you grow up and are the best of friends. Know that we love you. We can't wait to see how your personality develops and how you grow in the next month.

Oh my GOODNESS his tummy is awesome. Love it!! Isn't it funny how every baby is so different? That makes me nervous for our second, since P has been really good and happy...and a very quick nurser! :)
