In the words of Kelson (or "selson")

We are driving out to spend the day with Kate and her family at Possum Kingdom Lake and Doug and I were talking about all the funny words Kelson says. We don't want to forget them! My parents still tell me that I used to say "towels" instead of cows and "hangiber" instead of hamburger.

So...these are the words that Kelson says that make us giggle:
"dir-der" = dirty
"honghorns" = longhorns
"lowger" = louder
"BanBam" = BandAid
"fie-cuck" = fire truck
"free" = three
"I pip" = I spit (when he's done brushing his teeth)
"I dank you" = I thank you (he can't say thank you without saying I in front if it)
"pop it" = smush it, crunch it, break it, smash, etc

Kelson - this is you...you are a silly silly boy with TONS of personality.  Sometimes I wish you weren't so strong willed, but I love that you are so creative and silly and love to make other folks giggle.  Thank you for being a good big brother to Parker and my lil helper.  I love you.

  1. We still use the word hangiber. It just became a part of our language. Nothing strange. It's just "Erin's word".
